Dehydrated Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Chilly Production
The dehydration system consists of Onion/Vegetable washing, peeling, flaxing & an efficient multi deck continuous imperial dryer. Since the water removal ranges from about 50% to 90% it is likely that 100 Kgs. of fresh onion flakes would be reduced to 12 Kgs. after dehydration.
Once dehydrated,these flakes are directly packed or it would be chopped, kibbled, minced or granulated to required size. The lower quality flakes would be made into fine powder. A multi-deck Vibro sifter would be utilized to segregate the granules into various size grades

Our vegetable dehydrators are ideal for drying of vegetables, potpourri, yogurt, etc. The stackable shelves can be easily dismantled for loading and unloading of the food. Oven is equipped with dry air inlet and wet air exhaust. Sturdily built, these dehydrators are fitted with thermostatic temperature control up-to 100 degree. Our solutions are available in different specifications with option for 12, 24, 48 and 96 trays.
